Diespeker has been busy in the hectic world of restaurants and bars in recent months, supplying flooring, counter and table tops as well as bespoke pieces.
Benugo Top Shop
Benugo is an arts venue and high street restaurant brand, running cafes, restaurants and ancillary services in spaces like the ENO, the Victoria & Albert Museum and John Lewis, Oxford Street. Diespeker is supplying terrazzo for the countertop and cladding for a new Benugo pop up in Top Shop’s flagship store in Oxford Street.
Franco Manca
We continue to supply a mixture of beautiful marble and granite table tops for new Franco Manca pizza restaurants, as the chain expands out of London and into the South East.
Circus
We worked with London cabaret restaurant, Circus on the Strand to supply feature plinths, steps and cladding. The whole project was undertaken in standard terrazzo TE007, a stunning mix of marble chippings including greys, whites, black and beige; a cornucopia of colours, rather like Circus is a cornucopia of delights for its customers.
Belushi’s
For Belushi’s late night bar in Hammersmith, Diespeker supplied granite countertops – these required complicated adjustments and naturally the Diespeker team rose to the occasion.
Ethos
We have a very happy customer in Jessica Kruger, founder of Ethos vegetarian restaurant in W1W, after supplying durable, attractive solutions for engineered stone marble-style table tops that resist the problems of staining and etching associated with pure marble tops.
Real Greek
In two refurbishment projects for The Real Greek, in Spitalfields and Bankside, Diespeker-made bar tops and table tops in stunning white Carrera marble offer the perfect surface for the restaurant chain’s modern Greek dining.
Cubana
We created a funky, unique logo design for the entrance flooring of the Cubana restaurant in Smithfield, setting black wording into bespoke coloured terrazzo with green and blue ‘rays’ emanating from Cubana’s traditional red stars.
Our latest work in restaurants and bars follows on from earlier projects that include stunning flooring designs for Bob Bob Ricard, Fischers and Percy & Founders. Diespeker seems to have discovered a healthy niche for classy natural stone and terrazzo that is fit to eat your dinner from!
