Hot on the heels of our announcement that we’d made the top 20 in the Tomorrow’s Tile & Stone Awards, Diespeker is equally excited to learn that we are finalists in the Made in the South East Awards.
The awards, run by Insider, are designed to recognise and reward manufacturing companies based in the region that have demonstrated success in innovation, product development and growth in either domestic or overseas markets. We are delighted that our prowess in these areas has been recognised in the Manufacturer of the Year (under 25m turnover).
Our shortlisted group includes Drallim Industries, Custom Interconnect and Bedfont Scientific, and we will learn who the winner is at the gala awards dinner taking place at the Hilton Hotel, Gatwick Airport on Thursday 23 November 2017.
This is the fifth year that Insider has run the Made in the South East Awards which are part of a suite of manufacturing awards that the company hosts around the UK, all culminating in the national final, the Made in the UK Awards 2018, which will take place next June. All the winners from the Made in the South East Awards will automatically go through to the national final.
This year’s awards are being sponsored by Carpenter Box and are also being supported by: Department for International Trade; Manufacturing Engineering & Technology Alliance (METALL); Apprenticeships4england; and Sussex Innovation.
