Diespeker was delighted to work again with visionary architect Freehaus to provide terrazzo for the countertop and cladding at the Benugo pop-up in Topshop’s store in Oxford Street.

The Benugo brand is a unique catering company that operates in the high street and public buildings and spaces. There are Benugo pop-ups in the Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum and Windsor Great Park, as well as John Lewis and Curzon Street.

For the iconic flagship Topshop store in Oxford Street, Benugo brought in Freehaus to work on the look of their new food and drink pop-up. Freehaus worked around a design concept based on Benugo’s existing brand identity with quirks that reflect the fashion setting of the store.

Diespeker supplied terrazzo for the countertops and cladding from our standard terrazzo range, TE024, an evocative glittery option giving a touch of glamour to the pop-up. The counter is centrally positioned, adding to the customer experience.

Benugo at Topshop serves breakfasts including freshly baked muffins and pastries, light lunches and drinks including smoothies, shots and coffee and was an instant hit with the fashionable clientele.
