How do I order free samples from Diespeker?

Diespeker has such a choice of amazing natural stone and terrazzo styles – how do you know which is the right one for your project? The materials you see on the website give an impression of the products so it’s good to get a real feel for the actual colour and patterns.

So, much like when you get mini pots of paint for the walls or swatches of material for re-covering your sofa, Diespeker offers customers the chance to order samples.

How do I order?

When you are browsing the materials, you’ll see a box saying Add sample to order. Simply click on this and the sample will go into your shopping basket. When you have finished choosing your samples, fill in the delivery details and hey presto, your samples will be ordered for you and delivered to your door.

What about postage?

You can order up to 10 samples with free delivery within the UK. There is a flat fee postage charge for posting overseas including ROI*

How do the samples come?

Usually, these come as small squares but from time to time you may receive an irregular shaped sample. This is just because that’s what’s in stock and what we can send to you quickly.

For designs with larger stone elements, you may also want to take a look on the product page, or speak to a sales representative to get a picture of the full slab.

The samples will arrive boxed in our bespoke packaging.

How long does it take?

We like to get samples out as quickly as possible, but during particularly busy periods this might take longer than usual. You should receive your samples within a week.

What if samples are out of stock?

When you browse the lists of products, you may see that some are out of stock. The ‘Out of stock’ refers to cut samples, not slabs. Often more rough-cut samples will still be available. If there is something you particularly want a sample of, please send an email to our samples team: samples@diespeker.co.uk. What if I’d like to view more options?

Remember, there’s always the option of visiting the factory where you can see the entire range of our marble, granite, terrazzo and more.
