Our supported charity Stem 4 has secured nine places on the upcoming Ride London on Sunday July 30th.
This is a popular cycling challenge with over 26,000 cyclists riding through London and Surrey, following much of the route of the London 2012 Olympic Road Cycling Races.
The ride starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park before going through the capital into Surrey and back to The Mall in central London.
We are hoping the riders will raise upwards of £400 each and raise a good sum for the charity. If you want to take part, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
If you’re not a cyclist but would like to donate to the charity, please visit the donation page: Stem 4 donations.

Diespeker offers its full support to this organisation and is proud to be a part of raising awareness for these important issues with the intention that in the future the prevalence of diagnosable mental health conditions will decline.
