Diespeker’s ongoing relationship with design-led brand Reiss took on a new dimension recently when our team stepped in to the breach.
Over the past months, Diespeker has supplied standard terrazzo for the Reiss store in T5 and the Hamburg store. We also supplied and fixed terrazzo for flooring, cladding and counter tops at the Brent Cross store.
More recently, Diespeker was booked to supply the same standard terrazzo to Reiss’s Leeds store. When the sub-contractor was unable to attend, three of our team went hotfoot ‘up north’ to make sure the build schedule was met.
Somewhat impressively, the intrepid trio managed to install 230m² of terrazzo in just nine days, quite a feat! Even more remarkable as the work was carried out at night to avoid any impact on daytime trading.
We are in talks to be involved with two more Reiss stores in the New Year – Swindon in the South West, and glorious Nice in the South of France, with further projects going forward. The terrazzo specified for all projects to date is from our standard range is Carrera based TE001 and grey Etna TE017.
