Santa’s run for stem4

This Saturday was the Wimbledon Common parkrun annual Santa run – the 684 th parkrun event put on by the group.

As well as giving a great excuse for everyone to dress up in silly hats / tights / ears, the event was to raise funds for charity.

We were delighted that stem4 was the nominated charity this year. Jo Manley, a stem4 trustee, took part in the run and a number of volunteers helped out by holding the buckets for the many generous donations.

MD John Krause ran in his Santa hat and was pleased to come in 38 th out of 390 runners.

He says it was a very muddy course, but we reckon that a bit of mud won’t keep a good Santa down!

Well done to all the runners and thank you on behalf of stem4 for your donations.
