Fresh in for 2024 is the new Pantone colour, Peach Fuzz

What do we think of when we think of peach? Bellinis, naturally – too many of those can make you very fuzzy!

Executive Director of the Pantone Colour Institute, Leatrice Eiseman, said:

“In seeking a hue that echoes our innate yearning for closeness and connection, we chose a colour radiant with warmth and modern elegance. A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace, and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless.”

This velvety peach tone lends itself to pairing with a variety of Diespeker stones, from marble to terrazzo.

Terrazzo: Our very popular TE084 range would be a perfect match. With it’s neutral base and cream, green, orange, peachy terracotta and white chippings, it would make a great worktop in a Peach Fuzz kitchen, or flooring in Peach Fuzz bathroom.

An even bolder might be TE113, with a busier mix of brown, green, orange, pink and terracotta, all set into a classic white background. We also reckon Peach Fuzz would work perfectly with our timeless TE007 terrazzo or any of our neutral range.

Bespoke Terrazzo: If you’re totally sold on this delicate colour, you could consider having your very own terrazzo created, choosing chippings from our huge range to create a unique mix. Your very own, very personal take on the new Pantone. Our team will make up different samples until you’re totally happy with the design.

Marble: While any of our white, cream or grey marbles would partner well with Peach Fuzz, you could make a more dramatic statement with MA133, Rosa Perlino, MA139 Golden Spider Web or MA159, Rosso Francia. Even bolder, a black marble like MA026 Nero Portoro could make a big impression when fuzzed up!

Onyx: For the ultimate in luxury, some stones in our Onyx range could work magically with the new Pantone. ONX002 Emerald Onyx has streaks of peach terracotta that would give stunning accents to a room decorated in Peach Fuzz.

The best way to select your perfect pairing, is to visit our South London factory. After a cup of finest Italian coffee (can’t promise a Bellini but you never know!) you can browse as many of our slabs as you have time for.

We literally have hundreds on view! Alternatively you can order samples online or give us a call and we’ll give you as much advice and inspiration as you need.

We love to inspire our clients, so whether your head has been turned by Peach Fuzz or you have another colour in mind, please do get in touch.
