We feel compelled to share MD John Krause’s most recent marathon success, 4,800 miles away from home, south of Cuba, north west of Jamaica – where the temperature is currently a balmy 30°C. John took part in the Walkers Cayman Islands Marathon which is always run on the first Sunday in December every year.
